My package is damaged ?

Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Step 1: Inspect the Package

Upon delivery, carefully inspect the package for any visible signs of damage, including:

✔️ Wet or stained areas

✔️ Broken or missing items

If the damage is evident upon delivery, we recommend refusing the package and asking the courier to mark it as "damaged upon arrival".

Step 2: Document the Damage

To expedite the resolution process, please take the following actions:

📸 Take clear photos of:

  1. The damaged exterior packaging

  2. The shipping label with the tracking number visible

  3. The damaged product inside the packaging

📜 Keep all packaging materials, as they may be needed for an inspection.

Step 3: Report the Issue

Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:

  1. Your order number

  2. A description of the damage

  3. The pictures taken of the damaged package
