What's your return policy ?
For non B2B members, we accept returns within 14 days from the date of shipment. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping.
If you receive a defective item, please send us pictures of the damage to email@example.com.
Please note that any wholesale order (B2B members) is considered a personalized order and is not eligible for return.
We also do not accept returns for Printed Samples orders, Private ShowRoom orders, and orders with labels.
